A few years back we got asked to organise a client’s appearance at an exhibition, they wanted the full works, stand design, marketing material, pre-show advertising campaign, people and equipment logistics, dealing with the show organiser’s, you get the picture, the whole kit and caboodle.  We said NO!

Our Creative Side…

Ascot Media is our very own creative team that delivers your grand plans in glorious reality. AM was born out of frustration more than desire, as working with some agencies (not all) can literally suck the life out of you.

I say “our” agency as I have multiple partners in this small but perfectly formed venture, all of whom have a key skill they bring to the party and all of whom are freelance.  All of these freelance geniuses are very well known to me and I can trust their work and their reliability.  

To find out more about how we work and what we do, keep scrolling down, but if you already have a decent working relationship with another agency then I am always happy to work with them on your behalf.  Flexibility is always top of the list.

In a world where the noise on social media is at a deafening tone, top quality content is absolutely key.  Blogs, vlogs, pictures and words, we have quality people to do all that for you.

If you don’t manage it or understand it then you are pretty much wasting what time you do spend on it. Management is about more than posting!

Design / build / launch (helpful hint, they don’t have to cost a fortune!)

Got a bit stale and boring and needs updating? Yep me too! Can’t help your fashion sense but we can do web site makeovers.

For new web sites, blogs, articles or even brochures, we have some seriously talented pencil /button pushers for that.

A.k.a Public relations, the key to great PR, is great research and we have some proper nosey people who love it.  Most industry sectors can be covered.

Yes, we can do all your printing and we have some amazing relationships with some incredible print companies depending on the type you need, like digital, litho, screen, letterpress, and there are loads more you’ve never heard of as well.

Before it goes off to print it might just need designing, or if it’s for digital use we can provide it in any format – clever stuff from some clever people.

That list covers an awful lot of work from a lot of talented people who need to be kept busy, earn a crust and pay the bills, so if you can put some work this way, it will be dealt with speedily and with more care and attention than you thought possible, and Thank You!

To this day we are grateful for that client’s faith in us and though it took us way out of our comfort zone, we delivered it, on time and under budget and guess what, we even quite enjoyed it. 

So now we would like to make you aware that we have the process down to a fine art (ish) and would love to know if you have an exhibition or event you want us to manage, or even just do some of it, we’re not proud to share the glory!
